We prepare, get the license, and create and register on websites for all aspects of our business. We market and get lead services. We are independent small business owners, but we do not have to be large to make an impact.

We are mortgage brokers who act as an intermediary, brokers mortgage loans on behalf of individuals or businesses. Before the consumer was left at the discretion of banks and other lending institutions who sold their products:

Real Estate Hedge's effects on Inflation

Real estate is considered one dramatic approach to hedge against inflation; the property you own is likely to increase, while the value of the stock, bonds, and cash decreases in purchasing power due to market fluctuations.

Because real estate is a physical asset with intrinsic value.
As inflation worsens, housing costs become more expensive for renting as leases end.

Rental rate increases through short-term leases and rental escalators are effective at keeping pace with inflation, and youโ€™ll be able to pocket more if you have a typical mortgage.

All these factors give a permanent increase in property value.

Interest rates change almost weekly, and no saving model can achieve your buying goal.

The first question in all my calls is, " What is the interest rate?".

There are 2 times when interest is essential.

1) When getting a rate lock (a) on loan.
2) When you get a purchase under contract, and the terms lock in the interest rate.

(a) Rate lock- your interest rate won't change between the offer and closing as long as you close within the specified time frame and there are no changes to your application.

Whatโ€™s the difference between pre-qualification and pre-approval?
Unlike pre-qualification, preapproval requires proof of your debt, income, assets, credit score, and history.

Sellers often prefer to see a preapproval letter with your offer over a pre-qualification letter. Preapproved can give you a distinct advantage if you compete for a home with buyers who aren't.

Youโ€™ll supply documentation such as pay stubs, tax records, and proof of assets to get preapproved. Once the lender verifies your financial information, which may take a few days, it should supply a preapproval letter you can show a real estate agent or seller to prove youโ€™re ready and able to purchase a home.

Keep in mind, pre-qualification doesnโ€™t guarantee preapproval. You can still be turned down if your financial documents donโ€™t support your reported numbers.
