Was just in a conversation about why people who don't have Health coverage put off getting it. I suppose money could be the issue. Whether it's feeling like you're wasting it (because you are "healthy" and don't feel like you will use it) or just think that it's not affordable. The funny thing is, the people that say it's unaffordable, most often don't give themselves the opportunity to find out if it is. Really, how hard is it to spend 2 minutes, give basic information and allow someone to give them a quote ? When I say basic...I mean DOB, Zip Code, Ht/Wt, scripts taken last 12mo's, any ER visits/Surgeries/Hospitalizations last 10yrs. Once given, the fears of unaffordability either become reality or not. Allowing you to move forward with Peace of Mind, or not. Either way, now you know. It costs nothing to find out, but finding out, could save you financially in the long run ! I guess what I'm trying to say is, don't be scared to find out. We are not getting any younger. What we face in our future...1 out of 3 or 1 out of 4 WILL face Heart Conditions or Cancer. Do you want to be one of them and not have the coverage to handle it ? God forbid you have assets...they could be lost (more often than not), just to cover the costs of a Major event. Hell, most bankruptcies are due to medical. I'm sure alot are due to having inadequate coverage. Lord knows, there are alot of plans that do not cover much. So, if I can help anyone to make sure the coverage you have is sufficient, or find a plan that will fit the budget (everyone can afford something), I would love to help ! 🙋‍♂️Getting information costs nothing, zero, zip.
