Yesterday was beautiful. It reminded me of the "first day of school" and "Halloween", when I see my friends sharing pictures of their kids, and the all the comments of encouragement and well wishes, "cute" replies, and more.

But yesterday... yesterday I saw women celebrating and having fun playing with the same AI prompt, then discovering they had the power to make it feel more personal, see themselves in a different light, and have FUN doing it. We were loving and celebrating one another. It went on for hours!!!

Yes it's AI. Yes it's fun. NO it doesn't take away the power of working with a photography professional for truly incredible REAL photos.

As someone who works with women regularly who need a little help seeing what's possible and recognizing their own power to make things look different - look better - to have FUN with the life they create, yesterday was simply beautiful.

Today, I encourage each of you to keep dreaming. Keeping playing. Keep having FUN with this season. Have FUN with AI. Have FUN creating something audacious.

Like the French guy in the Instagram reel said "Dreaming is the first step toward doing something".

Allow yourself to keep dreaming.

Christmas & New Years in London & Paris is happening. All because I said I wanted fireworks over the Champs Elysees for my birthday. When I said it out loud, it was a dream. Tuesday it's becoming the reality.

Yesterday a random instagram scroll had me listening to a Frenchman talking about setting goals for the new year, like the algorithm has me figured out or something, and he said something that made me stop and make a note Immediately.

This is what so much of this year has been - allowing myself to dream and build something out of nothing, and then dreaming bigger. I can’t wait to see what the 2026 dreams become.

I've been doing daily intention setting and gratitude journaling (most days) for the past two years. I love that it's a part of my day. It's become more refined and purposeful, so that I'm thinking with intention and no longer writing things down that don't feel as meaningful.

It's more than a wish list. It's setting my focus for the day, assigning a theme (think word of the year, but for the day), and is often what determines my to-do list and how I organize my activities.

I celebrate things and people I get to enjoy during my day, get excited about certain things, and also provides space for me to set a boundary around something I will not participate in that day. Sometimes it's as simple as not chirping back under my breath when I'm driving and feel those who may not be as gifted in that department make irrational decisions behind the wheel (Jesus, just take the thing, really) ... and sometimes it's cutting back on the sugar intake, or engaging in social media discussions. I know a few of you can relate ;)

When I think about the ways I create cohesive confidence for myself, this is a big element. It's part of my arsenal. Because I believe in helping others create theirs, I thought I'd share my daily intention worksheet with you.

Kudos and appreciation to Danie Muniz, who does this practice in her Rise & Align experience and helped me find my daily structure so I can include the Daily Intention Setting practice.
