Job duties include the following:

•Greet all customers in a courteous manner
•Answer all incoming calls and questions regarding auto insurance policies
•Be able to perform marketing and attract new clients
• Be able to perform marketing and attract new clients
• Assist customers with payments
• Prepare daily reports
• Answer all incoming calls and questions regarding auto insurance policies
• Organize and complete paperwork, maintain records and handle policy renewals daily
• Provide the best insurance quotes and have the ability to explain the coverage
• Assist with the daily cleaning of store/ break rooms and restrooms clean
Qualifications:
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
Education/Licensing:
• High School Diploma or GED
Insurance Sales Experience ( preferred)
