CLOSING DAY 🎉🎉🎉🎉

No matter the reason for buying or selling a home, it is an emotional process. Buying your 1st home can be especially intimidating; it can sometimes feel like all the process consists of is endless signatures, document uploads and WAITING.

But through some ups and downs, with a lot of grace and patience, and a little delay, we got this one CLOSED last week and I am so ecstatic for my buyers 😭

And I am SO thankful for supportive partners because this was the ultimate team effort. Satta Jon with Keller Williams Realty Group played multiple roles, including interpreter, and was always willing to drop everything to help his clients. “Approved applicants can receive up to $20,000 and repay the loan over 10 years.

To qualify, applicants must own their own home, it must be their primary residence, and it must be within Fort Wayne city limits. They must also have a household income that is 80% of or less than $76,100, the area median income for a family of four.”

The city of Fort Wayne is now accepting applications for a new roof replacement program that offers residents a no-interest loan to cover the cost of a roof replacement.
