Every time we gather on the dance floor, we're reminded that Ritmo Yá has always been about something bigger than dancing. It's about people. It's about culture. It's about creating a place where strangers become friends and a city grows stronger through connection.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out and supported Mercado LATE NIGHT x Ritmo Yá. Seeing The Landing filled with smiles, music, laughter, and dancing is exactly why we continue to pour our hearts into this community.

A special thank you to Ritmo Yá founder Robert Green, whose vision continues to create opportunities for people to connect through dance, and to the maestro of the late-night vibes, DJ J. Tubbs, for keeping the energy alive from the first song to the last.

These nights don't happen because of one person—they happen because an entire community chooses to invest in one another.

It is with a heavy heart that I need to inform the Fort Wayne community that I will no longer be serving the community we all know and love in the same way. My relationship with Pathfinder Services, Inc. as of October 14, 2025 is coming to it's end. The Rudisill building location will be closing it's doors permanently. I am excited about what is up next for me. Thank you for your valued partnerships in reaching so many human service goals and allowing me to assist so many families to overcome obstacles that may not have otherwise been realized. It is not over.

Thursday Tidbits!!!

When getting to know your credit scores for buying a home......

Correct:

To find your middle credit score, you need your FICO (accurate) credit scores from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion). Once you have these, order them from lowest to highest. The middle score in that list is your middle or median credit score. Ex: (623) 614. 628.....623 is in the middle

Incorrect:

If you have the scores 623, 614, and 628 you should first add them together. Then, divide this number by the total number of values which is 3.
