She texted and emailed me frequently to provide status updates and solicit any necessary documents to move the approval process forward. She also kept a very positive attitude during some challenging moments which shored up our flagging confidence that everything would work out. It was great to meet her face-to-face at the closing and I much appreciated the gift she presented to me. In my estimation, Tracy is a superstar! Give that woman a cookie...and a raise!
