Customer service is very important to me, and my goal is not only to get someone their dream home but for them to realize how much love and care I have for every one of my clients. I will work around my clients’ schedules by meeting on evenings and weekends. I let all of

my clients know that they can call me anytime, day or night; I am always available. I am licensed in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia and Texas! I enjoy spending my free time riding my bicycle all over Fort Wayne, but most of all, it is spending time with friends and family that brings me the most joy—especially my little grandson and my sister! Ruoff has provided home loans in Indiana and the surrounding states since 1984. Not only can Ruoff Mortgage offer the full spectrum of products and services to clients who are looking for low costs, competitive rates, and sound advice, but you also matter—you are NOT just another sales goal or number to us. I never felt rushed with appointments and was offered something to drink. Everyone was friendly. It didn't matter how many questions I had, Tracy always answered with a smile. I walked into Ruoff, after googling mortgage brokers, just because I was in the area there and Tracy met me right then and there for an appointment. She took me under her wing. Thank you Tracy for being there for me in more ways than one. This was my first time getting a house on my own.
