- Timing: March 31, 2026, 6:54 PM to 7:30 PM EDT
- Location: Southern Allen County, Southeastern Whitley County, Northeastern Huntington County, Northeastern Wells County, Northwestern Adams County
- Hazards: 60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail
- Impact: Potential hail damage to vehicles, wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees
- Affected Areas: Fort Wayne, New Haven, Ossian, Aboite, Middletown, Roanoke, Preble, Zanesville, Uniondale, Laud, Yoder, Peterson, Zulu, Raber, Tocsin, Arcola, Kingsland, Rolling Hills, Peabody, and Nine Mile
- Highways: Interstate 469 (mile markers 0-22), Interstate 69 (mile markers 289-309)
- Safety Precautions: Remain alert for possible tornado development. Move to basement or small central room in sturdy structure if tornado spotted. Otherwise, seek interior room on lowest floor of building.
