Young helps keep MedPro running smoothly behind the scenes by managing tax compliance, tracking deadlines, and staying on top of changing regulations. Nearly three years into her MedPro journey, she brings a thoughtful approach to her work and a practical mindset that helps her navigate both busy seasons and everyday life. ✨ I actually stumbled into tax while working part-time at a CPA office during college. What started as a job ended up shaping my career and eventually led me to MedPro.

✨ Tax is always changing, so there’s always something new to learn. Keeping up with new regulations and finding answers to complex questions is part of what makes the work interesting.

✨ One philosophy I keep coming back to is wanting to have as few regrets as possible. It reminds me to stop overthinking, take opportunities when they come along, and focus on what matters most.
