Location! Location! Location! For quite some time now, I have been sharing with you guys, the sneaky value of Infill Lots. . . . .

Once again, an "Infill Lot" is a Vacant Land Lot that is beside or sandwiched between structures/buildings. In a residential neighborhood, such as this one in Alexandria Virginia, it's just a patch of land between two houses. Doesn't look like it has much value, huh?🤷‍♂️.

Well.......I just got off the phone with and talked to the owner/developer of this Lot, and I asked him how much are they selling this plot of land? His answer? $300K. Ummmmmm, did you hear Me? I said THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS!😮😮😮

That's $300K for some Dirt and Grass! THIS is why I encourage my students and Mentees to not overlook Vacant Land, and why I LOVE❤ it so much. Granted, it doesn't have NEARLY the business actually that houses and physical buildings has,but it shouldn't be overloaded in our Investing strategies either.

Today, we are out here in Woodbridge Virginia, Driving for Dollars and looking at a couple of deals. Today we are focusing on Vacant Land, but we also captured a few vacant houses along the way (to add to our growing database). Even though we use automated tools like any savvy Real Estate Investor, but we are a community-based operation, so we will always spend the extra time in the streets, getting to know the neighbors and seeing the target properties and neighborhoods......

So, when I started My Real Estate Investing Company back in March of last year, the primary goal was to actually help people. Yes, I (obviously) wanted to be profitable (and I have been), but at the end of the day, I just wanted to help folks. It's even in our Company Name!

We have grown rather fast, in a short period of time. Grown in education, knowledge, experience and our network. Because of that, we are able to roll out other services.

Even Pre-Covid19, there were many people struggling to stay in their homes, or were close to loosing their homes, which would completely damage their personal Credit. Well, we can possibly step in and help.

If you know someone (Nationwide - in any state) who fits this description or someone who just wants OUT.....just wants to walk away from a house that they don't want, no longer need or simply can't afford or who are way behind on their payments, then let's talk.
