Better deal flow isn’t always about getting more leads—it’s about being better positioned to recognize, share, and capitalize on the right opportunities.

Join us for the DIG Commercial & Alternative Investing Subgroup with Dan Jones of Marketing Agency Near You as we explore how investors can strengthen their positioning, build credibility, use human-led AI, grow referral networks, and turn even the deals outside their buy box into valuable connections.

Because sometimes the deal you pass on is exactly the deal someone else in the room is looking for.

📅 September 3
🕦 Arrive at 11:30 AM | Starts at Noon
📍 Conshohocken Brewing Co. – King of Prussia

Bring your appetite, your business cards, and your buy box. Your next opportunity may already be in the room.

Networking level: Genius. 💡

Why hand out business cards when you can literally be the QR code? DIG members don't just invest in real estate; we invest in marketing that gets results (and turns heads!).

Some landmarks are worth visiting not just because of what they look like — but because of the stories they carry.

For DIG member Aisha, that place is Mother Bethel AME Church in Philadelphia.

Founded by Richard Allen, a formerly enslaved man who became a pioneering religious leader, Mother Bethel holds an extraordinary place in American history. Aisha also highlighted its connection to the Underground Railroad and the journey toward freedom.

It’s a powerful reminder that Pennsylvania is home to places that shaped not only our state, but the nation.

What Pennsylvania landmark would you choose because of the story behind it? 👇

🏠 What happens to your portfolio if you don’t come home tonight?

Most investors spend years building wealth...
…HOPING that it supports their families for generations to come…
…But many times, that’s not what happens.
If you’re suddenly unable to run the business—or worse—would your family know what to do?

How to Die Right as a Real Estate Investor is a powerful online workshop that helps investors protect their assets, income, family, and legacy.

✅ Why a will or trust isn’t enough
✅ How to create an operating system for your family to run things when you can’t
✅ Identify financial time bombs
✅ Protect your heirs from costly mistakes
✅ Build true generational wealth

It happens online on September 12th.

For DIG member Athena Bauerle, the most meaningful place to share with an out-of-state visitor would be the oldest standing house in Pennsylvania.

Her reason goes deeper than history.

To Athena, this landmark is a reminder of how important housing truly is. In a time when having a safe place to call home feels more meaningful than ever, it speaks to something we can all relate to — the value of shelter, stability, and a roof over our heads.

A simple but powerful pick. 🏡

What Pennsylvania landmark would you choose, and why?
