My second closing of the month was especially meaningful. I had the privilege of helping a sweet couple who have been together for so many years. From our first few meetings in the office, walking through the loan process, to the calls where they shared their concerns—something shifted along the way. About halfway through, they told me, “We trust you—just tell us what to do.”
