This post is solely to clear up some confusion about what number to call to reach our agents. This post is for the Fort Smith office only. We have had clients calling our agents personal cellphone numbers after hours and also in business hours and it’s leading to missed opportunities for clients to receive the help that they are reaching out to get. To ensure our clients get the service and our agents get their personal phones and time back.The proper number to call is 479-782-0000. We are open M-F 8:30-5:00pm. If you call after 5pm we do have an answering machine for you to leave a message. Our agents only use their personal cellphones when working from home. Our agents only work from home on snow days or lock downs from a pandemic. If your agent is working from home you will still be able to reach your agent at 479-782-0000. If your agent has to call you back their cellphone number will appear on your caller ID. Please do not save that phone number. Our agents cannot bind coverage, make payments or make changes to your policy if they are not in the office. They will not be able to do anything until the next business day. Our agents are dedicated to your needs M-F 8:30-5pm please let our agents dedicate the rest of their time with family and friends. Thank you

Due to Covid-19 being in my household and Amanda’s household we have decided to work from home this week. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Our Fort Smith location’s lobby will be closed until Monday January 3rd due to a water leak. Our staff will be answering the phones and working from home. Please call 479-782-0000 and you will be directed to the right person. We will be closed on Friday Dec 31 for New Years. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
