Farmers may be the name on the window outside on the building, but **the people inside are what make this an agency.** ❤️
Yesterday we took a little time to celebrate our team.
Mandy came to spend the day with us and surprised us with a few celebratory gifts because this team has been working hard.
We’ve reached some pretty exciting milestones together this month — not simply in production, but in growth, teamwork and watching people discover what they are capable of.
Chris is completing his very first full month with us. April continues to push beyond goals she once thought were ambitious. Jason is finding his footing and becoming part of the team. Erin is often behind the camera dreaming up the funny reels and TikToks that somehow convince the rest of us to participate. 😂 And Tabatha helps keep this whole operation moving forward every single day.
Those are the things I want our community to know about us.
Insurance is what we do.
**People are why we do it.**
I want the people who work here to go home to their families proud of the work they did that day. I want them to know their contribution matters. I want them to celebrate one another's wins and understand that none of us builds something meaningful completely alone.
And yes, sometimes team building apparently involves putting the grown man in sunglasses on a swivel chair, winding him up with a broomstick and turning him into an insurance ballerina. 😂
We're serious about protecting our clients.
We just don't believe we have to be serious every minute while doing it.
