Happy birthday to the office’s little brother, Isaac! The big ONE-EIGHT. 🎉

Isaac has grown up right in front of us 🥲 and it’s been so fun watching him turn into such a solid young man, whether he’s on the field, hunting, or just quietly taking everything in. 18 years old and already ready for his state insurance exam this week… before he even graduates high school! 💪🏼 That’s what we’re talkin’ ‘bout!

Next stop: the University of Arkansas, where he’ll be studying business and getting ready to follow in his dad Heath’s footsteps in the insurance world. We already know he’s going to do big things. ❤️ And we’re -BIG- proud of you, Isaac. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for you. LET’S GOOO!

Heath said “professional development: but make it ✨memorable✨” and sent part of our crew down to Dallas for the Coach P Summit last week!
•
We learned, we were poured into by some incredible people, and we came back with fresh perspective, amazing ideas, and honestly… just more fired up than ever to do our very best for -YOU-!
•
But also (because this is Heath we’re talking about) it wasn’t just business. It was also a spa day, farmer’s market browsing, a few completely necessary stops at Buc-ee’s, and enough road trip snacks to sustain a small village.
•
Our balance of growth + fun doesn’t happen by accident… it’s all in our leadership. We don’t take it lightly that Heath invests so much in us like this and it shows in how present we are for each other and our beautiful customers every. single. day. Truth is, not every insurance office is built the same, but we want OUR customers all to know firsthand what it feels like to be truly taken care of and valued: And that starts from the inside with an amazing team of people and leader. ❤️
