Crain established Crain Insurance Agency, and since that time the Agency, now in it's third generation, has gained the trust of thousands of individuals, and businesses in Kansas and Missouri. The firm's office was originally located on the second floor of the Louderback Building at 1 North Main Street, in downtown Fort Scott, Kansas, then in 1952 moved to it's current location, also downtown, in

the Marble Building at 13 E.
