Dunn Commercial is pleased to announce the successful lease of a 7,000 SF industrial space at Crossroads Park of Commerce in Fort Pierce.

Our client acquired the asset in January of this year and immediately engaged us to manage and lease the property with a clear near-term objective: elevate the property’s quality and drive rental growth. We implemented a targeted improvement plan, beginning with a modernized paint scheme, and are currently evaluating additional upgrades to further enhance the asset.

As a result, we secured a lease at a 39% increase over the previous rent without any tenant improvement allowance (TIA) exposure for ownership.
This is particularly impactful given the space represents over 17% of the total project.

A strong outcome and a testament to what can be achieved with the right strategy, ex*****on, and alignment between ownership and management teams.

One of our favorite recent space transformations!

Just months ago, this was a dated industrial warehouse that had been used for storage for 15+ years. Today, it’s been completely reimagined into a high-end, specialized sports training facility.

Huge credit to the tenant—an outstanding group that had a clear vision and executed it at a high level. It was a pleasure working alongside them to bring this project to life (and we found a great friend and new go-to golf performance coach in the process).

Pleased to announce the successful closing of the $4.2M sale of 5701 Village Boulevard, a single-tenant, net-leased industrial investment in West Palm Beach. The transaction reflects a 5.0% cap rate on in-place NOI, underscoring continued investor demand for high-quality, credit-backed industrial assets in South Florida.

Dunn Commercial proudly represented the seller in this transaction.

While I’m approaching my 100th investment sale transaction, this closing carries special significance as it marks the first completed sale for Dunn Commercial, which we launched less than two months ago after nearly 14 years in the business.
