Deka Property Management LLC is hiring a Full time Maintenance Manager.

Duties will include the following:
Maintaining properties
Lawn Care
Basic plumbing
Basic renovation work
Assisting with paperwork
Assisting with lease agreements
Assisting in setting up utilities

This is a full time position and based on a 40 hour work week.

Deka Capital LLC was created to provide working capital for small business with a focus in the Auto Industry. Deka Capital provides capital for BHPH Dealers through unique programs special tailored to allow Dealers the ability to retain customer relations. Deka Capital will not screen or call your customers in order to maintain total anonymity!! Deka Capital offers "turn-key" programs and also Dealer specific options custom to each specific Dealer need.

Although Deka Capital serves a variety of industries and platforms we specifically designed a few of the following programs for the Auto industry space.

Payment Advance:
Dealer selects accounts and term for the advance. Deka Capital will provide up to 90% of the payments for the specific term needed. Deka Capital accepts 3 month-24 month terms and is percentage based accordingly. This program allows Dealers to continue to collect from the customer and keep the relationship. Dealer can swap accounts or term at any time to fit the specific real time need.
GPS is not required, however does play a part in advance percentage.

Payment Share:
Deka Capital will buy Dealer's accounts up front by paying 50% of amount financed to the dealer. Dealer keeps 100% of the down payment. Dealer continues to collect from the customer and keeps the customer relationship. Deka Capital will pay the dealer 25% of the payment for the remainder of the customer's term for collecting payment. This program is designed to allow the dealer to "clear" the down payment up front while maintaining residual income from customer's payment. 18-36 month term is required for this program. GPS is required for each account in this program. All agreements are with Deka Capital and Dealer in order of anonymity.

Inventory Capital:
Deka Capital will floorplan cars for the dealer. Rates are market based and priced accordingly. Deka Capital holds the title until Dealer sells the vehicle. Titles and floorplans can be swapped at any time.
This program is ideal for reducing "days in the street" and alleviates the burden of high cost inventory. Dealer receives a better rate for this program if actively participating in other Deka Capital offered programs. This program is offered for multiple industries and can be tailored to alleviate inventory issues and can be structured accordingly.
