🚀 Why Choose a Mortgage Broker? 🚀

I often get asked what sets mortgage brokers apart from retail lenders, and while there are many factors, the key difference is flexibility. Brokers have the freedom to operate their business in a way that can lead to significant savings for consumers.

A recent study by Polygon Research highlights this advantage, revealing that consumers save an average of $10,662 over the life of their loan when working with an independent mortgage broker instead of a retail lender.

I know there’s a lot of debate around this topic. If you haven’t experienced both sides recently, it’s hard to make a fair comparison. The mortgage industry is constantly evolving, and what worked or did not work a decade ago might be outdated now.

Retail models work well for some loan officers, but for me, the flexibility and freedom as a broker have allowed me to find and save deals that weren’t possible before. It's all about what works best for your unique situation.
