Guys, I know the recent hikes in homeowners insurance rates have been a real headache. It's a tough time for many of us, and I wanted to share something that could potentially help - the My Safe Florida Home Program. It's a state initiative that offers free home hurricane inspections, providing a detailed assessment of your home's resilience against hurricanes and suggesting specific improvements.
