Exciting times at Iron Ridge Insurance Services, a Member of the Hilb Group! Our annual meeting on January 17th at Millennial Brewing Company was nothing short of spectacular. We gathered to reflect on our past year's achievements, set ambitious goals for the future, and most importantly, celebrated the incredible journey since our acquisition by the Hilb Group in August 2023. Hurricane Idalia is approaching the coast of Florida. We will remain available throughout the storm to assist our clients. We encourage all of our clients and future clients to stay safe, monitor the storm, and follow the directions of municipal officials. Here is just a part of what we do to be ready to assist before, during and after a storm:

• We have a comprehensive business continuity plan so there are no disruptions in your ability to contact our staff
• We moved to a 100% cloud-based environment
• We have a staff member assigned to monitor our phone system throughout the storm and staff members have access to their office phone line from any location
• We have access to multiple services to gain internet access.
• We have employees dispersed so not everyone can be impacted. We even have an employee out of state
• We have a hot spot in a vehicle so even if we are on the move, we will have someone ready to assist
• We reserve hotel space outside the area of the storm so if someone needs a place to stay and get back to work, we are ready.
