Today was one of those days in this business that couldn’t have made me happier.
•
Started off the day helping a friend who is more like a brother to me. We grew up in the same neighborhood and spent most of our childhood and teen years together. Getting to see him and his wife get their keys to their new home for their growing family made sure my day started off at an absolute high note.
•
Then, in the afternoon, I was able to help the sweetest lady purchase a home for her and her grandkids to live together. When she first applied with me she didn’t think we’d give her a loan due to her age 😂 I quickly let her know that’s not how that works and I’d be honored to work with her. We got her pre approved quickly, and under contract almost just as fast!
•
Then I ended my day of closings seeing my brothers in law purchase their first home. Getting to play a part in getting them approved, seeing their excitement as they found out their offer was accepted, and watching them get their keys today was an amazing cap on an all around great experience.
•
These days are few and far between in our business but this one will always stick out as one of my favorites since becoming a mortgage lender.
