A review and a picture five years in the making! Megan first reached out to me in 2021 when she was initially kicking around the idea of buying her first home. Since that day, we’ve kept up over the years. Her getting into a serious relationship, then getting married, and more recently welcoming their beautiful baby girl into the world. For five years I kept up with her to see how her goals were shifting and how I could best keep her in the loop of the market and purchasing her first home (now with her family). In 2026, we finally closed on a home that is perfect for them.
