She was 21 when she sold her first million-dollar property. Then she negotiated $350,000 OFF a $2.1M commercial deal for her clients.

I sat down with Emily from Keller Williams Select and we got into how she went from wanting to be a nutritional nurse to dominating Charlotte real estate.

We also hit on the worst advice buyers are getting from TikTok and Instagram, and where she’s sending $700K buyers in Charlotte (Providence, South Park, and Myers Park).

Her competitive edge? She treats every transaction like she’s the one buying the house.

He sold a $1.5M lake house at 26 🤯

I sat down with DJ Pomposini at HoneyBee Real Estate to find out how a kid who got into real estate at 22 was already closing $1.5M lakefront deals in Mooresville four years later.

Turns out he didn’t start as an agent. He spent years as a real estate paralegal first, pulling deeds, tax records, and learning the legal side of every transaction before he ever showed a house. That’s the lens he brings to protecting his clients now.

I also asked him what separates the agents who close from the ones who blow up deals. His answer was simple. Overcommunicate. Answer the same question the hundredth time with the same patience as the first.

Then I asked him about the lending side. His take? The biggest thing a lender can do to save a deal is land an appraisal waiver. Closest thing to a cash offer without actually being cash.

Over a billion dollars in real estate sold across 26 years 🤯

I sat down with , bestselling author, former NC REALTORS President, and host of a podcast with over a billion downloads. I asked her how she got into this industry. She didn’t plan on it. Her dad was a realtor. She saw the stress, the hours, the inconsistent pay. She went to Wall Street, hated it, and her dad told her to come back and give real estate a shot. That was 26 years ago.

I asked her what keeps someone going after building a brokerage, writing bestselling books, and launching a podcast that’s reached a billion downloads. Her answer was simple. She just wants to be useful and pour back what she’s learned.

I also asked her what separates a good lender from a bad one. She said it comes down to listening. Not just sending an application link. Actually talking to the person and hearing what’s going on.

$2.3 million. 5,000+ square feet. Fully custom. Built from the ground up in Jefferson Park.

I sat down with and asked her how she helped her buyers build their dream home from scratch in one of Charlotte’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

I also asked her how she handles clients who need to sell and buy at the same time without getting stuck between two homes. That’s where she really separates herself.

Her take on the lending side? Connecting her clients with the right specialist for their situation is part of what sets her apart.

She’s sold $750 million in real estate over her career 🤯

I sat down with Lisa Archer, team leader at Live Love Homes, and asked her the number one thing she sees agents getting wrong after coaching thousands of them. Consistency. Open houses. Follow-up. No shiny objects.

I also asked her what’s happening in the Charlotte market right now. Six listings last weekend. Three already under contract. Her take on lending? “Every loan is like a fingerprint.” That one hit home for me.

12 years in the Marine Corps and now she’s helping veterans buy homes

I interviewed Charlotte Realtor and I asked her what most veterans don’t know about buying a house. She told me the VA loan is arguably the BEST home loan you can get — no down payment, no PMI, 100% financing. I asked her how 12 years of military discipline translated into her real estate career and the one thing every veteran needs in their corner before buying. Since she works exclusively in the Charlotte market, I asked her where to look right now on a $500K budget. Lastly, I asked her the best advice she’d give a veteran buying a home in today’s market.

I interviewed realtor Naomi Race who sold a home for $500K over the list price 🤯

She knows how to create demand. The family had already renovated the property. Naomi came in, hosted a sunset open house, attracted the right buyers, and walked away with 15+ offers. Her clients consistently rave about her communication. She figures out exactly what each person needs and runs with it.
