But here's where I'm different. I actually invest my own money in the sale of your home. I've got skin in the game, too.
For every listing, I personally spend at least $2,000 of my own money making sure your house hits the market set up for success.
I hire a professional photographer AND professional videographer which costs on average around $1,500. Sometimes a little more. Sometimes a little less.
I spend at least $500 of my own money on a targeted, social media strategy to advertise your home here in the Gaston Co & York Co area.
On average? My videos get over 50k views.
And that's just in the first week.
I can't share all the secrets, but in the last year I've partnered with an exclusive marketing company that only works with one Realtor per market.
So I know I'm the only agent that's able to implement this specific ad strategy here in York & Gaston Counties.
It's not cheap. But I'm a big believer in the idea that you get what you pay for!
And I am willing to pay for the best because I want to provide the best for my clients.
I'm confident in my commission because I EARN it.
