The IAN Leadership Advantage, recently hosted in Savannah, Georgia, by Financial Resources Group, wasn't all business, and that was part of what made it so memorable.
The conference gave participants a chance to step out of the day-to-day and think like CEOs, about growth, leadership, and what's possible. But some of the best conversations happened outside the sessions, over dinner, along the riverfront, comparing notes, and yes... even on a Savannah ghost tour with a few brave souls. 👻
As VP/Business Consultant Casey Hall put it: "Stepping out of the day-to-day and into the CEO seat gives advisors space to focus on long-term vision, leadership, and deliberate firm growth,” she said. “The ideas exchanged in Savannah will help shape the road ahead."
And AVP/Business Consultant Hayward Carter, CFP® captured something we heard again and again: "What stood out most was the value of learning from one another, hearing how others operate, asking questions, and walking away with practical ideas to apply at their own firms."
Somewhere in between all that CEO thinking, we managed to eat well, laugh a lot, and make a few Savannah memories.
