A Better Path Moment 1
You are important. Take care of yourself.
1. Move your body everyday. We are built for movement. The more you move, the better you feel. The better you feel, the more you want to move. The more you move, the better you feel… you get the picture!!!
2. Give your body good food. The better the quality of fuel you give your body, the better you body can perform. Be smart… eat wisely.
3. Strengthen your mind. Gain inspiration by reading an author that inspires you. Just 20 minutes a day will change the way you see the world.
4. Learn a skill that brings you joy and is fulfilling. Just seventeen minutes a day is over 100 hours of study and practice in a year. That accomplishment alone will set you head and shoulders above the majority. You will be an authority in that field.
