We're excited to share another major milestone for our 156-unit multifamily community in downtown Nashua, New Hampshire. We recently closed on a $44 million capitalization, representing another significant milestone in the continued success of Flats on High Street.

A few snapshots from our recent team trip to New Hampshire! ✈️

We spent some time exploring Portsmouth, celebrated Amy our Director of Design's birthday with dinner at Bravo Restaurant NH and stayed at one of our own projects, Tru by Hilton It was a great few days of catching up, spending time together, and enjoying everything New Hampshire has to offer.

A big thank you to Tru by Hilton for the great hospitality, we loved our stay! Looking forward to the next trip!✨

Progress continues at Pearl Street in Manchester! 🏗️

Excited to see this project moving forward and coming together day by day. The foundations currently being poured are for the NeighborWorks project, with the garage portion expected to begin this summer. 🚧
