I cant believe I have come this far‼️(Story Time)
To think that I was homeless not even that long ago and now Im standing in my very own home that I purchased with no help 🤯
I went from homeless and hopeless to now I help people qualify for the home of their dreams.
If feels great knowing that our team Krystal Clear Credit is apart of something bigger.
We are helping to break financial strong holds in many families. 🙌🏾
I get this unbelievable feeling and sense of pride when my clients call or text me to let me know their credit scores are increasing📈 It’s such a rush hearing the excitement in their voices😬
People ask me all the time why I do what I do and why I go so hard......⁉️
Let me take you back to August 2017.
• I was already going through a divorce.
• I was jobless because my security job lost its contract.
• I was behind on all my bills.
• My Credit scores were in the low 400s
• I had just finished school. I had been working and going to school for a year.
I remember crying on my bed because I couldn’t afford to buy my daughter Tylenol and she had a fever. I was struggling so bad!!! 😭
If that wasn’t bad enough my whole life imploded in 1 day!!! 🤯
AUGUST 10, 2017 a day I’ll never forget.
IN ONE DAY:
• I got a call from Broward Health telling me that my Mom died, they did everything the could but couldn’t save her😓
• I got evicted from my apartment ( told them my mom was on her death bed for a while and she had just died that day... they didn’t care)
My life was spiraling, I had no job 😓
My mom was gone 😓
I was homeless with a 2 year old. 😓
My marriage had failed in such a short time. 😓
I felt like I was failing in every area of my life.😓
However, but God....🙏🏾✨
God has a plan for me.....🙏🏾✨
Same day I was evicted and loss my Mom, I had been offered a job at BROWARD HEALTH MEDICAL CENTER! finally some light in a very dark year in my life. ✨
I had no time to grieve, no time to ask why me; I had a child that depended on me.
Luckily, I had my sister to help me. She let me stay with her rent free for almost a year. (You have no idea what people are really going through)
However, that was a temporary solution. I couldn’t stay with her forever and I needed my own place.
But trying to find an apartment with bad credit and an eviction was pretty much impossible. No one would take me.
There was nothing I could do about the eviction but I knew I could do something about my credit.
So I decided I had to do something! I couldn’t afford credit repair but I knew I was a fast learner. So I decided to do it myself.
I remember when I first started fixing my credit. I was so nervous and scared. Learning was one thing but actually doing it was another.
I honestly didn’t think it would work, I was SOOOOO skeptical, but I stayed positive because I was starting to learn about the power
of manifestation🙌🏾
And in 8 months my scores jumped from the low 400’s to well above 700‼️
I laughed, danced and cried so HARD!!!! I was so happy. This process wasn’t easy and many times I doubted myself. But it worked!!!!
I’ve been dealt some of the worst possible cards and lucky I don’t look like what I’ve been through.
But anyway...fast forward to May 2019, I finally had enough credit history, enough income, and saved up enough money to buy my first home!!!! ( y’all send help I’m crying again)
With prayer, some help from family, and sheer determination I made a nice comeback from where I was just less than two years prior. 1 year and 9 months to be exact!!!!
I was able to buy $7200 in furniture with my credit ( purchasing power) and got approved in seconds. Picked out my furniture and had it delivered within a week of getting the keys to my house‼️
Credit had opened a lot of doors 🚪 for me‼️
This is why I do what I do! I’ve been there, I know exactly how you feel ‼️
