Congratulations to my client on the sale of her duplex in Hallandale Beach 🏖️ this lovely client was referred to me by a fellow Compass agent in Hawaii who needed a friendly, knowledgeable, and aggressive agent to connect with and assist his client with the sale of her late husbands property in Florida.

From there, we positioned this income-producing duplex with a private pool in a prime location in a way to attract strong buyer interest Which I delivered on 💪 we received multiple offers and I negotiated and secured an all cash, no fuss offer within 5 days, closing right on time 👌
