- Manage leads and follow-up with potential clients using lead management

- Make initial contact with borrower
- Purchase price/verify the property taxes/down payment/add all contact such as realtors and attorneys and send it forward to be disclosed which means the application will be sent from the bank to the buyers to review and E-sign.
- Send LO a summary of loan details, credit, red flags, etc
