Due to Tropical Storm Isaias, we have lifted restrictions on early prescription drug refills to allow our members to get a 30-day emergency supply of their medications from in-network pharmacies. Members who go to an out-of-network pharmacy may not be able to fill their prescriptions early.

As part of our September Service Days, Florida Blue team members volunteered throughout the month to support organizations and communities across Florida.

On September 11, our teams in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and Miami packed thousands of meals for local food banks. And throughout the rest of the month, our teams continued to show up; they assembled literacy kits, organized school supplies, sorted donations, and distributed food to neighbors in need.

We're thankful for team members who gave their time, rolled up their sleeves, and served their communities. When we show up for one another, everything changes.
