The 2026 Mobile Home Tax Bills will be mailed tomorrow. Please note that payment is due by April 1st, 2026. Contact our office if you have any questions or require assistance.

2025 tax bills are now available in the office and online for payment. The bills will mailed out by Friday, December 5, 2025 and the due date is February 5, 2026. claycountygatax.com

2025 Property Tax bills have not been mailed yet due to some delays. We hope bills will go out by the end of November at the latest, with the due date being the end of January. Please keep a watch on our page for any updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

The Clay County Tax Commissioners Office will close at 12:00p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, and will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 27-28, 2025. Regular business hours will resume Monday, December 1, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience. Have a safe and wonderful holiday!
