• Your existing policies will remain in effect.
• You will no longer be contacted by Calvert & Johnson Insurance for renewals or other insurance-related matters. All communications will come from Kingsgate.

* Get Licensed in Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance (pay raise and commission)
What does an office assistant do?
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
* Maintain trusting relationships customers and colleagues
* Perform receptionist duties
* Respond to requests or issues
* Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
* Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Requirements and skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Team player
* Proven experience as a office assistant or in another relevant administrative role or workspace.
* Computer skills
* Working knowledge of office equipment
* Thorough understanding of office management procedures
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
