Realtor Friends, getting first-time homebuyers pre-approved can be a real pain in the ass. Even harder is getting them to take the leap and put in offers.

For a good portion of these buyers, down payment is what is holding them back. We have taken that hurdle and moved it out of the way so they can get in the game and realistically have a shot at buying a home.

We can get your first-time homebuyers a $0 down conventional loan up to $500K and even if we go over $500K, we can get them $15,000 towards their down payment.

I failed again and I love it!

Of course, failing is not fun. What I mean is, I finally have gotten pi**ed off enough to do something different so the change will happen. And that is what I love!

6 months ago, I was pumped about getting healthy and losing a few lbs in the process, and Bam… I let the holidays and issues at work completely knock me off of my path. Needless to say, the work I did last fall was completely undone and the 15 lbs I lost came back and then some 🤬

We are now into the season to get the yard ready and sand volleyball has started and I cannot tell you how miserable these things are when you are overweight and out of shape. Sure, yardwork is never really that fun but volleyball sure the hell is. It has been a staple in our house and my relationship to my wife for the better part of the last 10 yrs. At 46 yrs old, I should not be sitting on the sidelines while everyone else is having fun.

This pi**ed me off to no extent so I said f**k it and hired a fitness coach. The previous plan of doing it by myself wasn’t working anymore, so I have invited someone else to kick my ass into shape. LOL… The first week has been a success, we are down 7 lbs in 8 days and 100% with following the meal plan and workouts.

The body still feels like s**t but the mind and soul are feeling great! The body will just have to catch up!

Huge Thank You to those that took time to come learn about cars with me last night

I took a break from the Mortgage and Real Estate world last night to pass on some basic knowledge about cars to some amazing young ladies that will be ahead of the curve when it comes to knowing about their cars now

When it comes to vehicles, most people know how to fill them up with gas and drive them but when things go awry or it comes to maintaining that vehicle, it starts to get a little scary.

We had a fun evening filled with pizza and snacks as we took a tour around a vehicle to get familiar with the main things you should know as a car owner.

We covered things like checking fluids to checking and filling tires with air and even changing a tire on the side of a road. We also had some cool road side kits to give out to those who attended.

I will be hosting these events for young drivers and people who just want to learn about their vehicle every couple of months. Hope to see you at the next one!

I have been on a journey lately trying to live my best life and man I have noticed how much cleaning up I need to do

It’s really hard to stay focused and motivated when you have unfinished business or s**t that needs to be dealt with controlling your thoughts. The conclusion I have come to is 2 things:

1) Get to cleaning. It could be as simple as getting your life and daily routine organized. It could be surrounding yourself with the people that lift you up and eliminating the people that drag you down. Or, it could be relationships important to you that need to be repaired. My point is, if your thoughts are taking your focus away from your goals and being the person you want to be, whatever those thoughts are, need to be dealt with

2) The work is never done. Here I am cruising along and feeling pretty good about myself and Bam, a situation pops up that starts sending me into the old routine and the old routine wasn’t working for me. Thankfully, I’m in a spot now where I am paying close attention on where my thoughts and energy are going so my detours are getting shorter, but I’m still far from where I want to be

Stay committed to what person you want to be friends, we are the only people that can control that!
