I love that our loan officers can give a closing gifts to their clients that also helps their local community! The Blanket the client receives is so nice, but the coolest part is that a local shelter in the clients area receives one too. The packaging the blanket comes with also recommends for them to fill it with other items to donate to their local shelter.
