My name is Cher Cruz and I’d love to share a little bit about myself. I grew up in Lakewood, CO and after a brief 20 year stint living abroad, I came back to the same neighborhood where I grew up. Now, together with my husband and 2 kids, 4 dogs, 2 cats, 2 pot-bellied pigs, and over 900,000 other animals (8 bee hives), my home is my homestead. It is Bee-utiful!! I am delighted to have you consider my services. I have worked in finance for over 25 years and understand the importance of money management. I’ve had the opportunity to work in NYC for 15 years and Hong Kong for 5 years. My clients are my #1 priority and helping them remain CALM and CONFIDENT throughout the loan process is my goal. I have a dedicated in-house team to assist me. We believe communication is key and will be available to answer calls or emails throughout the process. We have over 200 loan products to choose from! My grandfather was one of the founding members of Rotary and I had an opportunity to study in Brazil with Rotary and remain fluent in Portuguese. I love photography and videography, tai chi, and am an avid mountain biker. We are home brewers and make the best natural Root Beer and Kombucha in the west.
