Evacuation Order: For all of my clients in Superior and the surrounding area.

All residents in the Town of Superior were directed to evacuate due to threat of fire Thursday afternoon.

FEMA has revised flood insurance rates across the board. We've seen clients who typically paid $2500 per year living in a flood zone come down to $650 per year. Of course results will vary and rate depends on the risk evaluation, but this is a significant change for our clients in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Texas.

If you, a friend, or client are in need of flood insurance, or if you're just concerned about the possibility flood, please have them reach out to us ASAP.

Warning to our Prescott, AZ clients: Flash Flood Warning for... Yavapai County near the Prescott area in west central Arizona...

Until 900 PM MST.

At 550 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the Prescott area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
