Common insurance misconceptions: I'm selling my car so I can cancel the insurance now. Wrong. As long as you are the owner of that car, you are liable for the car and the damage it causes. We advise you do not cancel vehicle insurance until the car is sold and a bill of sale is signed.

Not sure if you have hail damage? Summer is hail season here in Northern Colorado and can cause significant home and roof damage. Sometimes roof damage is obvious like a hole in your roof or shingles in your yard. If you're not sure if there is damage we suggest having a local roofer come out for a free estimate and grid pattern. This will give you a better idea if there is hail damage and whether a repair or replacement might be needed.
