I hope you are all staying safe during the storms tonight. Our phone lines will open at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow morning to assist you with any claims.

Here are a few tips:
-If you have damage, go ahead and make any temporary repairs (such as putting a tarp on your roof) to prevent further damage. Save your receipts!

-Please take pictures and/or videos of your damage.

-You do NOT need to immediately file a claim. If your claim is significant, we can get your claim going right away. If you are unsure of damage, call a contractor you trust to get an estimate. Then, call us! Once we turn in a claim, we cannot “un-file” the claim. We want to make sure it meets your deductible.

-Be very wary of anyone knocking on your door telling you that you have damage. We recommend you call someone local.

-If you call us and we do not answer, leave a message! We promise to call you back ASAP. Depending on the volume of calls, we could be quite busy. Our goal is to help everyone as quickly as possible.
