For those of you who haven't heard.. Rick has retired from his Farmers Insurance Agency after 47 years serving this community that we love. Our office will continue to operate as it always has, with Suzi , Rosli Chan, and Tati Argüelles (when she's not at the FB Middle School Library). Nothing about our operation is changing, with the exception of we are now affiliated with the Jack Woo Jr Insurance Agency in Windsor California. This allows our office to stay open and keep our customers happy and able to receive the service they've come to expect for many years. Jack and his wife Michelle have had a Farmers Insurance Agency in Windsor for 17 years and share the same dedication to their customers that we have always had. They will continue to operate their Windsor location but will be coming to Ft Bragg once or twice a month and are available to help with anything that we need. They are wonderful people and look forward to getting to meet people here also. There is a letter circulating that makes it sound like our office is closed and customers will have to deal with the Windsor office for their insurance needs, and that isn't accurate. Gotta love corporate junk mail with misinformation! Our office location is the same, 153 N Main St, our phone numbers are the same - 707-964-4492 and we are here every day from 9:00-5:00 for your insurance needs...and many other things also. Notary services are available when I'm here.

Exciting things happening at our Agency. Rick has retired! We are keeping the agency open, same location, same phone numbers, same great customer service and operating as we always have! We have combined with the Jack Woo Jr. Insurance Agency from Windsor. Suzi, Rosli, and Tati (when she’s not being the Ft Bragg Middle School Librarian) will continue to operate our Ft Bragg office with Jack, Michelle, and their staff operating their Windsor office. Jack and Michelle bring 18 years of experience, and in combining the agencies we will have better access to products and their experience. Jack is a Marine Corp veteran and we couldn’t be happier about this collaboration. Jack and Michelle believe in small town customer service and we believe this will be a wonderful step forward for our Agency. Please join us in congratulating Rick on his well deserved retirement after 47 years as your local Farmers Insurance Agent, and welcoming Jack and Michelle. Jack will be here once or twice a month and looks forward to meeting our customers and friends! Customers who’ve become friends!

We are now opening our doors to the public and available for service inside. We ask that you please wear a mask if you would like to come inside. If you prefer not to wear a mask, we are happy to help you at our drive up/walk up window.

We want to wish everyone a safe happy holiday season! Although celebrating won’t be the traditional way for most all of us there is still much to be grateful for. We are grateful for all of you and look forward to happier and easier times in 2021.
