Job Summary:
The successful candidate will maintain accountability and control of flight and personnel testing materials.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accountability and control of JTAC/operations personnel testing materials.
Update Stan/Eval data in TACTICS (or future Government-mandated equivalent system).
Coordinate with training officer to review and update student/permanent party records and folders per the applicable AFIs/AFMANs, associated MAJCOM Installation supplements, and locally developed guidance.
Notify JTACs/operations personnel, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone, or in person.
Perform testing administrator duties/function for the unit.
Conduct monthly reviews of those JTACs/operations personnel entering into the first month of evaluation eligibility period.
Interpret AFIs/AFMANs and provide guidance to personnel assigned to Stan/Eval shops to help track training and readiness status of squadron personnel.
Generate and maintain the following deliverables:
Master Question File (MQF) and Local Procedures MQF (LPMQF) database and related source materials. Must be reviewed annually and updated as needed, maintaining strict control and managing according to their highest classification level.
Evaluation and testing status and trend data reports.
Provide data to the ASOG for the standardization evaluation board (SEB) 6-month report.
Controller Read File, either electronic or hard-copy.
JTAC Qualification Form.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have two (2) years of experience working in a Squadron (CAF FS/USAFW/ASOS), Group, or Wing Stan/Eval program
OR have five (5) years of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron, Group, or Wing Stan/Eval program
Must have two (2) years of experience working with PEX (FS) / TACTICS (ASOS) or similar scheduling program.
Must have two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
