Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping people? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing insurance agency!

What You'll Do:
Assist clients with policy questions and account changes
Process payments and policy updates
Handle incoming phone calls and emails
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Work closely with our agents to help clients protect what matters most
What We're Looking For:

✅ Positive attitude and strong communication skills
✅ Detail-oriented and dependable
✅ Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
✅ Customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required)
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
