As time goes along we start seeing that not only has Henry Lee Hamlin and RoofCore International cheated contractors and employees out of getting paid we see he gets clients to sign contracts that he never fulfills hence his 4 know lawsuits we currently have been called about.

As of yesterday we have received 2 more phone calls in regards to nonpayment of services rendered and nonfulfillment of contracts with clients.

Again, it appears that our old friends at Hamlin Hills Farms are up to the same old tricks. Nothing like renewed reviews reinforcing the truth we already know. Lee Hamlin does not pay his bills.

Hamlin Hills and Lee Hamlin Refusal To Pay Outstanding Bill

This bill has been pending since February 1st of 2017. Our firm has real property in the form of a server requested by Lee Hamlin and software from Veriato in the form of workstation viewing software to track his employees (http://www.veriato.com/products/veriato-360) requested by Lee Hamlin valued at more than $3,000 currently in his offices unpaid for purchased by our office. Our lawyers have tried reaching this company for a payment only to be ignored. Formal requests in person by our lawyers have been met with diversions and hostility by RoofCore International and their subsidiaries at Hamlin Hills. In attempts to legally gain contact and get a formal answer the owner of this establishment Lee Hamlin has been absent from the state while our legal staff has attempted legal proceedings and proper paperwork service or has had his office staff divert our legal staff from Hamlin Hills to RoofCore International and vice versa.

At this current moment, until further notice, Hamlin Hills, Hamlin Hills BBQ, Hamlin Hills Barbecue, Hamlin Hills Farm, RoofCore, RoofCore International, SmartRoof, GoofTech, Report-A-Leak, and CMR Manufacturing have failed to pay their respective bills owed.

These above mentioned companies and individuals can get in direct contact with our office formally to make arrangements to pay the balance forward in the amount of $20,660.67 plus 18 percent commercial interest for the financing of the balance which became a loan after 30 days in accordance with Georgia State Commercial Law.
