MASH Camp 2026 is a WRAP and it was the BEST week!! 17 Campers & each one found something they are passionate about! We look forward to following them over the next few years to see where they end up!!

We closed out the week with a visit from APRN Traci Crump with Delta Health & Aesthetics, a trip to Fenter Physical Therapy which always has a lot of interests by the time we leave there! We got to visit the UA-EACC Allied Health Sim Lab which was probably one of the biggest highlights for our campers then closed with Cardio and a ton of helpful information for the campers as to what their next steps will be!!

Thank you, Bailee Jackson Busby and Forrest City Medical Center for all you do to help make these camps successful!!

Already excited for next year!!!

MASH Camp 2026- Day 3!!

Campers started the day with Air-Evac, sutured pigs feet & learned all about surgery with Sarah, met with the director of the ED (former MASH Camp student, Loren Keeling) & learned about stroke detection!

Bring on Day 4!!

MASH Camp Day 2!!
Campers learned about home health, visited the lab and looked at cancer cells through a microscope, received tons of info from UAMS coordinator, checked out wound care and the hyperbaric chamber, learned how to intubate on “Larry”, and visited radiology! Ready for another full day tomorrow!

MASH Camp 2026 has begun and we had a fun first day!!

Campers took a tour of the hospital, learned from Labor & Delivery, visited with the hospital dietician, practiced drawing blood, and learned the correct way to put on PPE!

Can’t wait for day 2!

Congratulations to the Palestine-Wheatley Patriots on their 2A State Championship win!
The first one in school history!!
The Patriots defeated Woodlawn 6-0 & our county agent, Matt Jumper, got to present them the trophy!! 🏆
