A couple of coats of paint and she's as good as new! The reality is this house needed so much more! When we purchased this property the structure was on the ground, it had 5 layers of shingles, and the plumbing was shot! In this business you have to have a never give up mentality. There will always be obstacles and bumps in the road, but keeping your focus on the end goal will always lead to success.

Finally back on track with this gem! Paint prep in progress. It's amazing how well this 100 year old wood has been preserved. Lumber from the early 1900s was definitely of a higher quality than the lumber you find today. Excited to see this Victorian beauty come back to life!
