One of the things my clients mention most after closing is communication.

Buying a home moves quickly and when timelines are tight, clarity and responsiveness make all the difference.

Knowing what’s happening
Knowing what’s coming next
And knowing someone is keeping things on track behind the scenes.

That’s what allows us to move efficiently and in many cases, close in under 30 days.

That kind of timeline doesn’t happen by accident.

It comes from strong communication, teamwork, and staying one step ahead throughout the process.

I’m so grateful for clients like Megan and for the trust they place in me every step of the way.

If you’re thinking about buying this year, having the right team — and clear communication matters more than you might think.

I’m always happy to be a resource and talk through what that could look like for you 🏡

Helping people buy homes usually doesn’t start with paperwork.

It starts with conversations like these:

“I don’t even know if I’m ready yet.”
“How much would I need saved?”
“What would my monthly payment look like?”
“Should I wait… or start now?”
“What if I just want to understand my options?”

These are the kinds of questions I hear every day and they’re exactly where the process should begin.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

You just need a place to start.

Most of the time, that first conversation simply turns uncertainty into a plan 🤍

If buying this year is even a maybe, I’m always happy to talk through what it could look like for you.

DM PLAN, and we’ll start there.

One of the things I care most about during the homebuying process is making sure people feel informed and supported every step of the way.

There are a lot of moving pieces when you’re buying a home and my goal is always to make things feel clear, organized, and manageable instead of overwhelming.

I’m so grateful for kind words like this and for the opportunity to help such wonderful clients along the way 🤍

If buying a home is something you’re thinking about this year (even if it’s still a maybe), I’m always happy to talk through what the process could look like for you.

One of the most common misconceptions surrounding buying a house is how much you need saved up. Take a listen to hear my take…

Most people think meeting with a lender happens later in the homebuying process.

But the truth is – in this industry, not everyone takes the time to explain what’s actually happening behind the scenes. Sometimes a pre‑approval letter is sent, you maybe learn your payment, and then you’re expected to move forward with one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

That doesn’t feel like the right way to do it.

Meeting [early] makes everything feel clearer and easier.

Here’s why the buyer consultation matters:

1: It is a big process 💐
There are a lot of moving pieces: brokerage, title company, inspection, appraisal, insurance, and more. Understanding how they all fit together helps the experience feel manageable instead of overwhelming.

2. It is a big commitment 🌷
For many people, this is the largest financial decision they’ve made so far. Talking through numbers ahead of time helps you move forward feeling prepared instead of uncertain.

3. It builds confidence 🌼
When you understand your options and your timeline, decisions feel easier – and that confidence makes the entire experience smoother.

When we meet, we break things down in a way that makes sense and simply gives you a plan.

If buying this year is even a possibility, let’s talk it through 🤍
DM MEET and we’ll start there.

Feeling very honored to share that yesterday I was named a Scotsman Guide Top Originator for 2026 🤍

This award recognizes loan officers across the country based on the number of families they help with home financing each year – which makes it especially meaningful to me because it reflects the people I get to work with every day.

Buying a home is a big step, and I never take it lightly when someone trusts me to be part of that process.

Whether you’re already planning a move this year or just starting to think about what’s possible, I’m always happy to be a resource and talk through what the first step could look like for you 🏡

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me along the way. It truly means so much.

Hello, April 🌷

Not an April Fools joke: the buyers who win this spring are the ones getting pre-approved before they start house hunting.

Every spring I see the same thing: the prepared buyers move faster, write stronger offers, and feel more confident the entire way through the process.

Getting pre-approved doesn’t commit you to anything. It just puts you in position when the right home shows up ✨

If buying this spring is even a possibility for you (or someone you know) now is the perfect time to start the conversation.

Send me a message and I’ll help you take the first step 🤍
