This wasn’t a straightforward deal by any means, but he never once shied away from the complexity—in fact, he leaned into it and made sure every detail was handled the right way.
What really stood out was his communication. I always knew where things stood, what was needed next, and what to expect. No guessing, no chasing—just consistent, clear updates the entire way through.
More than anything, it felt like Dave was just as invested in getting this done as if it were his own home purchase. That level of ownership and care is rare, and it made all the difference in getting this across the finish line.
