🚨 Undisclosed Drivers – Important Insurance Update🚨

We’re seeing major changes across the auto insurance industry…especially in how companies handle drivers not listed on your policy.

Many people are familiar with the idea of “permissive use”, which is the concept that your auto insurance may cover someone who isn’t listed on your policy but has your permission to drive your vehicle.

➡️ That is changing!!!

Most insurance carriers are now updating their policy language to exclude regular drivers who aren’t listed on your policy during a claim.

❓ Who is considered a regular driver ❓

Examples:

1-Drives your vehicle once or more in a typical month

OR

2-Uses your vehicle regularly for at least 3 months out of the year

✅ What should you do?

Check your Declarations Page to see who is currently listed as a driver.

Contact your agent to verify your listed drivers.
