I had a wonderful time at the 2018 Sanford Power clinic in South Dakota this past weekend. We took a group of Waldorf University Exercise Science seniors for a 2-day hands on learning experience they will remember for years to come. It was great to see my good friend Lee Taft. He is an amazing speaker and coach! It's a great event at an incredible facility.
