Roberts families: We’d love to have you join us today at 4 PM for our final PTO meeting of the year. We’ll be electing officers and approving next year’s budget. If you’ve ever thought about getting involved — in any big or small way — this is the perfect time to stop in!

Spring Picnic Budget Motions – Electronic Vote Requested

As discussed at our April meeting, we need to move forward with two time‑sensitive decisions for the Spring Picnic. Because of the short turnaround, we are requesting an electronic vote from our membership.

Motion #1:
To cancel/withdraw the existing bounce house contract, as it was agreed that we will not be moving forward with bounce houses this year.

Motion #2:
To revert back to the original $1,000 general event budget, with funds to be distributed as needed by the picnic committee across food, activities, and equipment. This would allow us to move forward with reserving the proposed dunk tank, which would then fall within the scope of the amended general event budget.

Both motions require a Second before voting can begin.
Once seconded, please cast your votes for both motions in the comments.

Votes must be submitted by Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. Only votes received before the deadline will be counted, as we need to confirm our decision with the vendor Wednesday evening to retain the dunk tank reservation currently on hold.

Happy Day 5 of Appreciation Week!

Today’s celebration came with fancy cupcakes made by PTO volunteers — a little Friday sweetness to close out a week filled with gratitude, smiles, and so many moments of appreciation for our incredible staff.

Thank you to all of our Roberts families who contributed to making this week fun and exciting for everyone, and to all of our teachers and staff for everything you do to make Roberts shine!

Appreciation Week, Day 4!

Today we kept the celebration going with another round of gift card giveaways for our amazing staff — congratulations to all of today’s winners!

We also want to highlight the thoughtful tokens of appreciation students have been bringing in throughout the week. Each student received a fun “Thank You for Being Awesome” page and supplies to make pipe‑cleaner flowers, and it’s been wonderful seeing those come back in.

Every staff member started the week with a personalized vase and a flower from the PTO, with the hope that any student‑gifted flowers could be added to create a growing display of appreciation. Watching those vases fill has been such a bright spot each day.

Thank you to our Roberts families for helping make all of this possible — these moments truly add up.

Day 3 of Appreciation Week!

Today we rolled out school supply goodie bags for our amazing staff — a little mid‑week boost to keep everyone stocked and spirits high as we head into the last couple weeks of school. Our chalkboard sign was ready to greet everyone with a smile, too.

Day 2 of Appreciation Week is in the books!

Today we surprised 14 staff members with a gift card drawing, thanks to the generous donations from our Roberts families. Congratulations to all of our winners — we hope it brings a little extra joy to your week!

We also loved seeing staff stop by the Staff Appreciation Station that launched yesterday. The notes, stickers, and shout‑outs are already spreading so much positivity.
